Recently a few years,wind turbine plays an important role in the energy industry, as the same with water turbine, wind turbine can save a lot of manpower and advance the efficiency.
The theory of the wind turbine is a series of equipment using the energy obtained from the decrease of the wind speed to drive the generator, and deploy the match rectifier and storage battery set to alter the kinetic energy to electric energy. Due to wind supply could not be controlled and unstable, so the generator can only output the changeable alternating current from 13V to 25V, then need wind turbine controller to adjust the working load and time base on the voltage of the storage battery to protect the battery charging performance. The wind turbine controller apply the stepless dump load method, when the working load of wind turbine is out of capacity of the storage battery and output demand, wind turbine controller will release the excess energy by dump load. The usual control method is connecting the complete outloading set to the generator, but at this time, the storage battery is not fully charged, all the energy are waste on this dump load set. And the other method is by connect dump load by step, more steps the efficiency is better. But the final effects is not ideal enough because mostly could only achieve 5 to 6 steps. The best wind turbine controller is by using the stepless dump load method, which assure the best battery charging performance, and take the full use of electric energy to maintain the storage useful time.
