Hence, the local government planned perfect town welfare, attracting many people immigrating here. The number of residents increased from 4000 to 12000 in the recent five years, and the town has become a good spot for sightseeing. The second example is Bouin, a town in the north of France. It used to be famous for oyster and sea salt, since 8 wind powered turbines were established in Jul. 2004, these wind powered turbines became a special attraction along with oyster and sea salt, attracting a plenty of tourists pouring into there.
Furthermore, Chinese Taipei's Cape Horn was originally a good place for observation the Taiwan Strait. In recent years, some foreign merchants installed 21 100-meter-high wind powered turbines nearby, forming beautiful scenery.
